Filming began last week in New Haven, CT for the next installment of Indiana Jones! Harrison Ford is back as the legendary Jones and Shia LaBeouf has joined the cast as his son. The movie is set in the1950s so designers have transformed the streets around the old Yale campus to fit the period. Local storefronts have been dressed with cakes, clothes, and books from the 50’s while old cars line the streets. The courtyard on the old campus was used for a chase scene on Saturday as extras in period costumes milled around waiting for their next scene. New Haven is buzzing with excitement! Check out our pictures and a short video from the shoot below!

Finally, here is a short video from the shoot. It seems like nothing happens for the first couple minutes (you know what they say about film making, “hurry up and wait”) but at the end of the clip you can hear Spielberg (we think) yell action!
